Practical questions about enrolling, learning and progressing on the platform.

Enrollment and account

Can I try a course before paying?

Yes. In eligible courses you can book a free seat in the first lecture, then decide whether to enroll.

How do I enroll in a course?

Choose the course and a start date, then create an account or log in. If the course has prerequisites you upload proof, and once approved you complete payment.

How do I log in to my account?

Learning and lectures

Are all courses live?

The core experience is live sessions, with recordings and materials available afterwards depending on the course.

What if I miss a session?

You can watch the recording when it is available. Keep in mind that the required attendance is calculated from live sessions.

When does the final exam open?

The final exam opens when your course progress reaches the percentage set by the academy. You can see the required progress inside the course.

Where do I find lecture recordings?

Once the course starts, recordings appear in your course space when available, alongside materials and live lectures.

Payment

Which payment methods are available?

Payments are made online through the secure Paymob gateway. In specific cases the academy can record an offline payment.

Certificates

When do I get my certificate?

Your certificate is issued once you meet the attendance requirement and pass the final exam. It appears in your account with a verification link.

Roadmaps and bootcamps

What is the difference between a roadmap and a bootcamp?

A roadmap orders the courses needed for a specific career and you enroll in each course separately. A bootcamp is an intensive program you join once, with fixed start and end dates and a single schedule.

Can I buy a career roadmap as one package?

No. A roadmap organizes the courses you need for a career; it is not a separate program you buy as a package.
